Camera-ready page limitation and extra pages cost for OSINT-WM 2012 papers

FULL paper: page limit is 6 pages; two extra pages are allowed at 75 € per page
Short paper: page limit is 3 pages; one extra page is allowed at 75 € per page
Industry/Poster paper: page limit is 1 pages: No extension
